'Neutrals' Nuno Scarf- Part 2 of 2

Rubbing the scarf to complete the fusion of wool to silk...

...and to transform the scissor snips into holes.

Cutting even slits into the partially felted project...

                                                 ...to make a fringed edge.

                                                        Fulling the scarf.

The finished scarf with one 'fringed' and one 'Swiss cheese' end.

No shawl pin is needed for a secure closure.

The striped backside is just the 'tips overlap' from my wool layout! :)

My daughter, Hannah, modeling the scarf.

                                                       The pierced fin...

                                                   ...and the completed scarf.

Very nice color with fringes and the "Swiss Cheese" ends are just stylish.

A great way to ensure it stays on the shoulders - good idea!

Rachel-It makes it 'one size fits all', too! :)

Deborah-I'd like to make one with a patterned silk if I do another one.
