My middle daughter picked this color combination...
...when I was beginning a Christmas gift for a dear family friend.
Using strips of pre-felt and no stitching with nylon thread this time...
...I 'wove' a lattice, and carefully felted it into one continuous loop.
It's large enough that it can be twisted and pulled over the head a second time...
...or allowed to hang long and loose for a cowl.

Bardzo fajny efekt. Przypomina mi tory kolejowe lub kolorowy płotek w naszym ogrodzie . Pozdrawiam
Thank-you, Karolina!
So the prefelt turned from orange to purple after felting? either case the finished product looks great!
That will make a lovely, textural accent for a winter/spring outfit! All we need now is the Spring...!
Wow, look how the colors change after felting? It doesn't look like the same one at all after fulling. Verrry interesting! :)
Well that looks like a bit of fun!
That turned out great! Loving the use of prefelts.
Vivian--No...it was actually a mauve color, but I think it 'read' a bit lighter in the layout phase. :)
Rachel--So true! It's so cold again here, today.
Sandie--It changes a lot because it started out really thin this time.
MarmePurl--It was! :)
Andrea--Thanks!
