Barbara made a piece based on her local
geography...
...and comprised of three separate parts...
...that were connected (and framed) with black wool.
Her finished work.
Jolanta's rug reminded me of a page from a graphic novel...
Her finished rug...
...(ever so precise and elegant)!
Next time: the final rug post...
...followed by the 'end of the week sharing'! :)

Such glorious colours - what a wonderful way to spend a week!
I just cannot get over how precise the felting is in these rugs. I have enjoyed these posts very much Heather. Thanks so much for sharing!
Rachel-Oh my, yes!
Kelly-I'm so happy that you're enjoying them!!
Every one of them, so far, have been just great! A lot of color, and so much variety from one to the other. Amazing!
I agree with Kelly. It's amazing to see how the design stays so precise even after being felted. Gorgeous work from all of the designers.
They are all so very artistic Heather.. I keep thinking what a wonderful felting experience it must of been to be part of! Wonderful!
xoxo
Sandie--I agree! :)
Andrea--I think that's why Karoliina and Rod's classes are always so popular...the amazing way that the design stays clear in the finished piece!
Deborah--It was super. Start saving for Fling 2015!
(Although Karoliina will not be there.) :(
WHOW---I should also come the next time!!
Anu--Oh yes, please!! It would be so wonderful to meet you!!!
