This is fabulous Heather. Have pinned it to my pinterest board!!!
what a gorgeous blog, I love the cowl
Great to know that your work is so appreciated!
I really love how this turned out and a cowl is way better than a sculpture. You did good!
Wow, great results! I'm impressed! Amazing.
Makes a spectacular cowl! I'd rather things be worn than gather dust too. I am sure you daughter will love wearing it.. it is so very unique.xx
Annie--Oh, thank you!! XO-Gill--Welcome!!! I'm so glad you're here!Rachel--Yes, she's very encouraging! :)Andrea--I would rather 'use' something, for sure! Plastusia--Thanks for the kind words! Deborah--It certainly is OOAK!! :)
What a wonderful project to do this. Looks like a coloful dancing dragon. I can't see the way to make it. Must be patient and "technical". Such a pretty sculpture !
Yeah for wearable art! I too love it far better as a cowl.
Fabulous, Heather! And I love that your daughter is symboliccaly warmed by the layers of your life experience!
Terriea--Thank-you! It was a great class!Denise--Like you, I'm a big fan of wearable art! :)Fiona--WOW! I hadn't thought of it like that! Now that she's moving away for her first 'real', post-college job, that's even more important! XO-
