So, what sort of a festive occasion can you find to wear it? Or will you simply declare that if you wear the hat, the occasion is festive?
Hahaha, Rachel-- I love that idea! I will proclaim a 'festive hat holiday' whenever I feel a 'wild rumpus' coming on!! :)
