We Interrupt Our Regularly Scheduled Program...

The hastily unwrapped package.

My amazing new Beltbag with classic Elis yellow dot signature.

The back side with fabulous red leather belt loops and key lanyard.

Elis love...perfect card, beads, buttons and buckles, cell phone case.

I know I promised to show you J's finished pillow the next time I blogged...

...but I'm sneaking in an extra post, just to share something lovely.

I'm 'in my world', as we say here in Philadelphia...

...meaning, I'm feeling perfectly content today!

It's raining gently outdoors...

...while I am safely and warmly inside.

Biscotti Di Greve (almond biscotti from a favorite, old recipe)...

...are baking in the oven, permeating the air with their comforting smell.

And I received a most wonderful package in the mail yesterday...

...from a dear friend and incredible artist, Elis Vermeulen.

Elis is such a special woman...

...strong and tender, wise and funny...

...and totally authentic.

I feel blessed by her friendship...

...and now by these gifts.

Thank you, Elis!! XXO-

What a wonderful day you had. The almond biscotti(s) sound marvelous and a present from the amazingly talented and wise Elis...All in one day! Why, it doesn't get any better than that.

Elis is a treasure, and you attract such good friends because you are such a great friend to all who have the pleasure of knowing you. You're a dear.

Hugs,
Dawn
