There were complex...
...one-of-a-kind felt teapots...
...at our 'end of the week sharing'...
...each one reflecting...
...the artistic sensibility...
...of its own inventive creator!
Mid-way through the evening...
...the charming and effervescent Kerr (our Pied Piper)...
...lured us to her studio with a bottle of wine. ;)
What we found there, drying on the line...
...was a glorious assortment of deconstructed screen prints...
...on silk fabric and finished felt...
...made by artists for whom there is no such thing as a 'fear of color'!! :)
We spent a perfect summer evening...
...admiring these luscious textiles...
...drinking wine...
...and saying goodbye...
...until next time, anyway! :)

It sounds like a week-long party! Does it last that long, or do you just cram a lot in?
Again the beautiful show. Love all particularly the teapots. I always find wool is such amazing medium to creat 3D objects.
Rachel--Yes...'Fling' is a whole week of classes (plus a 'free' day in the middle).
Terriea--Yes...all of the sculptures were especially nice this year.
