"Spring Cleaning" Compost Bin and Lid- Part 3 of 3

The finished compost bin...

...is a compilation of many other projects!

There's a piece of nuno felt from years gone by...

...a partially felted pair of mittens...

...a failed scarf, an unfinished bag...

                                                  ...small 'technique' samplers...

...and even bits of felt made by friends...

                                                     ...thanks, again, Fiona! :)

The finished compost bin in situ...

...next to its equally colorful 'cousin'! :)

You must have the best looking compost bin in town! Such a cool idea, repurposing old felt…I recognize the Felt United piece we made with Fiona last autumn.

So beautiful and functional garden art!

Sandie- Certainly the most distinctive! :)
Kat- Good eyes! Yes...I gathered up anything that wasn't finished (or had been hanging around for awhile) and just stitched it all together. It was like a puzzle, to fit them all together! :)
Terriea- Thanks! I do smile whenever I see them. :)

I love your compost bins. They are so much fun freshly felted and look whimsical in the yard. I enjoyed your end of season post you shared of one that had been in the yard for a while too.
