Flipping the piece to side two...
...and repeating a similar design pattern there.
Laying out double straps with roving...
...then wetting the project out...
...and folding the strap edges in for neatness.

...then repeating the entire process on side two.
This is actually the second tote bag in a series...
...but I thought that I would show this one to you first.
It's the first time that I've made one this size with two integrated handles...
...and I definitely intend to make more of these in the future!

Your pre-felt is always so pretty, so colorful. Very unique design tote bag. Can't wait to see the finished.

Jane-I use cotton gauze or scrim a lot this way. :)
