Commercial Pre-Felt And Wool Yarn Infinity Scarf

Stitching designs on a long sheet of commercial pre-felt...

...with a large needle and wool yarn in different colors.

Sewing the sheet into a tube with nylon thread...

...and then stitching the tube ends together, too.

Placing bubble wrap between the layers during felting.

Fulling the scarf.

The finished scarf...

...with different stitch patterns on each side.

I hand-stitched 'doodle' designs...

...onto the surface of a long sheet of commercial pre-felt...

...using wool yarn in various colors.

Next, I stitched the flat rectangle into a long tube...

...and sewed the ends of the tube together.

The fun of this scarf is that the two sides are completely different...

...begging the question, 'However did you do that?!?"

(But now you are 'in the know'!) Grin.

Merry Christmas, everyone!!

That is the perfect scarf for Xmas too, with it's bright red color. Should be fun wearing it. :)
